Welcome to SeeEat (the "Service"). By accessing or using our digital menu platform and augmented reality (AR) features, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SeeEat provides a visual platform displaying 3D food models in augmented reality (AR) for restaurants. The 3D representations of the dishes are for illustrative and visual preview purposes only. The actual appearance of the dish served at the restaurant (including portion size, plating, colors, and specific ingredients) may vary based on seasonal ingredients and the chef's discretion.
3. Camera Access and AR Usage
To use our AR features and project dishes onto a flat surface, the Service requires access to your mobile device's camera.
Important Note: This camera access operates purely locally on your device to detect surfaces and render the 3D models. The Service does not capture, store, record, or transmit any visual feed or images from your camera to our servers or any third parties.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights associated with the website design, source code, interactive elements, branding, and 3D assets (GLB/USDZ models) belong to SeeEat and/or its participating restaurant partners. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. SeeEat shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including technical disruptions, temporary downtime, or visual discrepancies between the 3D preview and the physically served dish.
